Heath James Hardin

Heath James Hardin writes songs derived from the landscapes and people of rural Pennsylvania. He is a multi-instrumentalist that utilizes influences from bluegrass, delta blues, folk, and Americana styles to create songs that reflect an earned wisdom and challenge stereotypical country and folk styles.

Hardin has released over 20 albums since 2008 under a variety of monikers (Jellyspine Jenkins, Olds Sleeper, Primitive Agriculture, Skeleton Clouds, The Broken Kids)  His album, New Year’s Poem was selected as one of the “ALBUMS OF THE DECADE 2010-2020” by Saving Country Music, which also hailed him as “One of the best songwriters of our generation.”
